CAROLE MERZ, CISR - ACCOUNT MANAGER
Carole began her insurance career with Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, Oklahoma City Branch in 1972. In 1977, she began a thirteen-year relationship with a large insurance agency where she was responsible for claims-handling and customer service for both personal and commercial lines. Carole joined North American Group in 1990, and has since worked exclusively with commercial insurance clients. She holds a Resident Property & Casualty Agent’s License in the state of Oklahoma and has completed the academic requirements of the Society of Certified Insurance Service Representatives, receiving her designation in 1999.
Carole grew up in Oklahoma and currently resides in Oklahoma City.
