Liability Training | PCAT University
Purpose
While Texas schools are protected via tort immunity, new liability issues such as social networking sites, “cyber bullying” and “sexting” are creating challenges for school administrators as they develop policies in response to these issues. PCAT University is an online liability training resource for all district employees, providing state-of-the-art training in critical issues such as child-safe environments, sexual harassment, discrimination and workplace ethics.

Assignments
Determine which topics are priorities and assign courses to employees.
Train
Course links are sent to each employee. Courses and tests must be completed to graduate. Results are emailed to district site administrator for review.
